A joint-venture between Sirius LLC and a real estate investment group based in the Philadelphia area, the properties were purchased in the summer of 2018. Formerly known as Quail Run and Stone Mill Station, the two properties comprise 261 apartments. They are ideally positioned  for the renovation, re-branding and re-tenanting process that our partners have had great success with on dozens of previous investments.

These properties were sold in 2022.
